Make token swaps and cross-chain transfers straightforward, with a clean interface and helpful explanations.
Swap tokens on Robinhood Chain with a target of dramatically lower protocol fees, and explore seamless transfers between Robinhood Chain and Solana. Transparent costs, smarter routes, built step by step.
Octal Swap is an early-stage DeFi project focused on low-fee token swaps on Robinhood Chain and a planned Robinhood Chain ↔ Solana bridge.
We're beginning with an open product story, understandable design, and a realistic development roadmap. Trading features will only be introduced after architecture, risk, and security work.
PUBLIC WEBSITE PREVIEW · NO LIVE SWAPSMake token swaps and cross-chain transfers straightforward, with a clean interface and helpful explanations.
Aim for protocol fees up to 10× lower than selected competitors, subject to benchmark verification, while showing total estimated costs before execution.
Share development progress and improve the roadmap based on real feedback.
Our two primary product goals are low-fee swaps and Robinhood Chain ↔ Solana bridging. The features below are planned, not live.
Swap supported tokens on Robinhood Chain. Our proposed fee model targets up to 10× lower protocol fees against a documented comparator set; savings are not guaranteed.
Display platform fee, routing costs, estimated gas, slippage and minimum received. Compare all-in quotes rather than a headline fee alone.
Explore supported asset transfers and cross-chain swaps in both directions using a reviewed bridge or aggregator integration, subject to live route availability.
Clear contract identification, expected output, estimated execution time, destination network and bridge provider disclosures.
Landing page, mission, documentation and community feedback.
Benchmark competing fee schedules and all-in quotes; select audited routing integrations and verify Robinhood Chain–Solana availability.
Build simulated quotes and test swaps and transfers using safe development environments, including bridge failure and refund flows.
Independent review, clear disclosures and potential mainnet release if validated.
Roadmap phases are goals, not guaranteed launch dates.
$OCTAL is envisioned as a utility token for the Octal Swap experience. The proposals below depend on future product implementation, fee-model testing, smart contract security reviews, and clear public rules.
Option to pay eligible swap or bridge service fees in $OCTAL, subject to routing and liquidity support.
Tiered reductions in Octal Swap's own service fees for eligible $OCTAL users. Network gas and third-party fees remain separate.
Explore ERC-4337 paymasters that cover part of eligible network gas or accept supported token-based payments. Not automatic gas reduction.
Planned advanced route comparison, detailed quotes, research tools and additional market context.
Potential access or usage benefits for participants, subject to security review and an economic model. No staking is available yet.
Explore proposals and voting on defined protocol parameters if governance is implemented.
Octal Swap is being designed as a unified DeFi experience for token swaps on Robinhood Chain and cross-chain transfers between Robinhood Chain and Solana. Our product direction prioritizes transparent quotes, straightforward execution and clear fee breakdowns.
Users will select the assets and amount they want to exchange. Octal Swap is designed to compare available liquidity routes, present an estimated output, price impact, gas cost and applicable service fees, and request wallet confirmation before execution. Only tested and supported routes will be offered when trading launches.
Our proposed model combines a low protocol service fee with efficient routing and transparent cost estimates. We aim to make our protocol fee up to ten times lower than selected comparable services. Actual savings will be published with measurable benchmarks; network gas, liquidity costs, bridge-provider fees and slippage are separate.
Our bridge experience is intended to guide users through selecting the source chain, destination chain, eligible asset and amount. Before confirmation, the interface will present route availability, provider, expected receipt, estimated completion time and all applicable costs. The service will use a reviewed cross-chain integration rather than assume every asset or route is available.
Our token utility design focuses on paying eligible protocol fees, qualifying for Octal Swap service-fee discounts, and accessing future advanced route tools. We are also exploring sponsored gas for eligible transactions, participation benefits and protocol governance. Eligibility, rates and requirements will be specified before activation.
Robinhood Chain network gas is denominated in ETH. Our proposed account-abstraction integration could use a funded paymaster to cover certain transactions or accept supported ERC-20 payments, subject to provider support and eligibility. This would subsidize or abstract gas costs rather than change the chain's underlying gas price.
We are designing Octal Swap around a connected Robinhood Chain and Solana experience, minimal visual complexity, explicit fee disclosures and predictable user journeys. We will evaluate success with actual quote quality, route reliability and execution metrics instead of promising guaranteed pricing or outcomes.
We are progressing through landing page and documentation, protocol design and integration evaluation, prototype and testnet testing, and independent security review before any potential mainnet release. Swap, bridge and token features will be announced individually when they are ready.
